1. Returns

Eligibility:

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

 

How to Return:

Contact our support team at info@enduraxguard.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Refund Conditions:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Exceptions:

No refunds for items returned in damaged or used condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

3. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

To cancel, email info@enduraxguard.com immediately with your order number.

After Shipping:

Once shipped, the order can only be returned (not cancelled) as per the return policy above.
